I was so excited to get this first week on the Body by Vi 90-Day Challenge underway. So, its official and my weight loss has been documented for all to see. After each weeks' weight loss report, I think this would be an excellent time for me to set some goals and affirmations for my upcoming week. See the goals I'm affirming for next weeks weight loss goals, below...
- Goal #1 - for the next 7 days is to REGAIN MY LAZAR FOCUS and stick to the plan, like I did on the first 3 days of the challenge. That's when I received massive results. So, if it was done once, it can be done again, week after week, right? Right!!!
- Goal #2 - lose a minimum of 4 lbs this coming week. Yes I can!
- Goal #3 - add a brisk walk to my plan for a minimum of 3 days a week with my hubby, preferably in the morning before we get our day started.
